CBD from hemp is the same as CBD from marijuana.
The difference is in the legality. Because marijuana is illegal at the federal level, and illegal in most states…
CBD from marijuana is illegal.
However, since hemp is LEGAL at the federal level…
Then CBD from hemp is LEGAL in every state.
That’s why we recommend only using CBD from hemp. It’s just as effective as CBD from marijuana…
And it’s much less likely to get you into trouble. 😉
