Our products contain trace amounts of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) at levels of approximately .03% and should not cause a failed drug test. And standard drug tests do not test for CBD.

We use supercritical CO2 extraction.

Subcritical/Supercritical CO2 oil extraction has several advantages over other extraction mediums like alcohol or hydrocarbons:

CO2 is nontoxic and is Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS) by the FDA for use in food products.

Our bodies produce it when we breathe, and it’s commonly used in carbonated beverages.

Using CO2 as a solvent for oil extraction  means no toxins, heavy metals, or hydrocarbon materials come in contact with the extracted oils.

CO2 is also “solvent free”.

Other extraction solvents, like hydrocarbon-based propellants (propane and butane, hexane and pentane, or ethanol/alcohol mixtures) require additional distillation or purging beyond the extraction process to separate the solvent from the extracted oil.

CO2 has a very low boiling temperature and wants to be a gas at room temperature, so it naturally separates from the extracted oil the same way a soda goes “flat.”

The spent plant material is also free of residual solvents, so it can be reused as well!

Beyond that, CO2 isn’t flammable, so it doesn’t require costly explosion-proof facilities.

CO2 extraction can be done at temperatures that are native to the hemp, minimizing thermal degradation of the plant material and the extracted oil.

And CO2 is environmentally friendly. CO2 used for extractions doesn’t contribute to overall atmospheric CO2 levels. 🙂

For example, if you placed your first order on April 12th, your next order will be sent on May 12th and then June 12th, etc. We offer free and Priority Mail shipping and typically see delivery 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

3. Your renewal date is at the top of the subscription box.

To change the delivery date of your subscription,

2. Go to Scheduled Orders, click change and choose a new date.
3. Then, click update.

You are free to pause or cancel anytime, with no obligation or fees

To change your password:

1. Log in to your account: www.biocbdplus.com/my-account
2. Go to Dashboard and click on EDIT YOU PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT DETAILS.
3. In case you forgot your password, you can also click on Lost your password? at the checkout page.
4. Enter your username or password then click Reset Password.
5. A password reset email will be sent to your email address. It may take several minutes to show up in your inbox. Please wait at least 10 minutes before attempting another reset.
6. Enter the new password and click save

There are 2 ways for you to update your shipping or billing address.

2. Go to Dashboard, click on Shipping and Billing Addresses and edit your address.
3. You can also go to Addresses and update the address. Click edit and save.

To update your card information:

1. Login to your account www.biocbdplus.com/my-account
2. Go to Payment Methods
3. Click on Add Payment Method
4. Input all card information. Then, click Add Payment Method.
5. Go to Scheduled orders, under Payment method select the new card.

If you would like to cancel your membership, 
1. Log in to your account at www.biocbdplus.com/my-account. 
2. Once logged in, go to Scheduled Orders. 
3. Then click on DELETE to completely cancel your membership.
